EUROPEAN FOREIGN POLICY SCORECARD 2015

Spain

Spain led three times in 2014 and was a slacker once, on humanitarian support to the Middle East for issuing transit visas to move asylum seekers out of Spain. It remained engaged in Afghanistan and Libya, and led implementation of the EU guidelines on differential economic treatment of Israel/ OPT.
