Varsen Aghabekian (Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates)
Varsen Aghabekian (فارسين أغابكيان) is the Palestinian Authority’s state minister for foreign affairs and expatriates. She previously served as commissioner general of the Palestinian Independent Commission for Human Rights. Aghabekian is of Armenian heritage and has a PhD from the University of Pittsburgh.
