Chloe Teevan is the programme coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa programme at the European Council on Foreign Relations.

Teevan joined ECFR in August 2016, shortly after completing her MA in Arab Studies at Georgetown University in Washington DC, where she focused on the political economy of the MENA region, with a focus on Egypt and the Maghreb. This followed 2 years working with the Studio Emad Eddin Foundation in Cairo, where she lead the planning and implementation of an international arts festival in downtown Cairo. She has also worked with the UNHCR Office in Ireland and at Trinity College Dublin.

Teevan holds a BA in history and political science from Trinity College Dublin and spent a year studying at the Institut des Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris. She was a speaker at TEDxRoma Mediterranean Carousel in 2015.
