Biography

Moisés Jomarrón was the manager of strategic partnerships at the European Council on Foreign Relations. 

Jomarrón joined ECFR in 2017. He supported ECFR's MENA and Wider Europe programmes in identifying, securing and managing strategic partnerships with governments, foundations and the private sector, with a focus on German, UK and Scandinavian partners.

Jomarrón previously worked as a consultant for a transatlantic government relations and public funding consultancy, and as a project manager at the EU Russia Civil Society Forum in Berlin. Also based in the German capital, Jomarrón worked for the Transparency International Secretariat, where he supported the organisation of the first Water Integrity Forum in 2013. Prior to his time in Germany, Jomarrón worked as a project manager for the University of Porto, Portugal managing a European Economic Area grant to set-up a European network of universities, local governments and high schools that conducted environmental monitoring and education activities. Jomarrón holds a Master in EU Studies from the Centre International de Formation Européenne (CIFE), and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Porto Business School.
