Ukraine ? From Orange Revolution to Failed State?


Ukraine is bouncing from one crisis to another emergency. In a speech he gave in Washington, Andrew Wilson discussed the possibility of Ukraine becoming a failed state.


ECFR Senior Policy Fellow, Andrew Wilson, gave a speech on the Ukrainian political crisis in Washington DC in May 2009, on the possibility of Ukraine becoming a failed state, only 5 years after its Orange Revolution in 2004.
