Romania

Romania showed example setter leadership in 2014, risking diplomatic repercussions over principled implementation of the EU guidelines on differential economic treatment of Israel/ OPT, as it blocked the involvement of Romanian workers in settlement construction. Overall it led on 4 areas, but slacked on aid levels and climate change policy.
