Riyad al-Maliki
Riyad al-Maliki (رياض المالكي) was the Palestinian Authority‘s minister of foreign affairs and minister of information between 2007-2024. He is a former professor and head of the civil engineering department at Birzeit University. He was the founder and director of Panorama, the Palestinian Center for the Dissemination of Democracy and Community Development.
