The pending referendum in Great Britain and Greece's difficulties to reform the country in order to regain the trust of it's European partners, are fueling new exit debates all over Europe.

Therefore on May 27th, representitives from the German Bundestag, the Ministry of Foreign Affaris and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, think-tanks and media discussed together with Prof. Kalypso Nicolaïdis, Oxford University, and Martin Kremer, German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the future of the EU and especially the Euro-zone. During the discussion special emphasis was placed on whether or not Germany should and is willing to activly take the lead in keeping Great Britain and Greece in the EU.
