Nika Prislan joined ECFR Madrid in October 2010 as Research Assistant. She holds a Masters degree in International Politics & Europe from the University of Warwick (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Essex (UK) in European Studies and Politics (during which she also spent a year at the University of Complutense in Madrid).
Before joining ECFR, Nika interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Slovenia and through the Leonard da Vinci program in Barcelona. A Slovene citizen who spent her childhood years in Poland and Romania she speaks fluent English, Slovene, Spanish and intermediate Polish.
