The European Foreign Policy Scorecard is an innovative project that assesses Europe's performance in dealing with the rest of the world. The scorecard assesses the performance of the EU's member states and institutions on 80 policy areas, arranged around six key themes: China, Russia, the United States, Wider Europe, Middle East & North Africa, and Multilateral Issues.

This event will launch the 2012 scorecard.
