What are the current developments in Russia and what are their implications for the EU? How does the Soviet past influence today's Russia? Experts discussed constraints that a post-BRIC Russia (term inspired by recently published ECFR Report Dealing with a post-BRIC Russia) faces in domestic and foreign policy dimensions. They also focused on how those will shape Putin’s next presidency, and whether Europe should rethink its relationship with Moscow.
