The European Foreign Policy Scorecard is a groundbreaking annual evaluation by the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) of Europe’s performance in pursuing its interests and promoting its values in the world. The 2012 edition will for the first time allow for comparison and also look at European policy in the Middle East and North Africa in a pivotal year for the region.
The London launch will be held at the London School of Economics
